Under the authority of section 21 of the Interpretation Act and section 3(1)(a) of the Prisons Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby removes Mr. John Scoville from the position of Superintendent of Prisons, Corrections and Community Services Division, Department of Justice, effective from a current date.
