Under the authority of section 12 of “An Act to Amend the Provincial Court Act, 1991,” the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to cause a proclamation to be issued for the signature of His Honour the Lieutenant Governor, to bring the Act into force upon the date of publication in the Newfoundland and Labrador Gazette.
