Under the authority of section 21 of the Interpretation Act and section 3(1)(b) of the Prisons Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby removes Ms. Mary Aylward from the position of Assistant Superintendent of Her Majesty’s Penitentiary, effective from a current date.
