Under the authority of section 6 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Honourable Clyde Jackman as the Acting Minister of Environment and Conservation, in addition to his responsibilities as Minister of Tourism, Culture and Recreation, effective October 31, 2008, while Honourable Charlene Johnson is on personal leave.
