Under the authority of section 55 of the Expropriation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Works to transfer to the Inuit Community Government of Hopedale, a building and two parcels of expropriated land in Hopedale, the description of which is on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
