Under the authority of section 3 of the Crop Insurance Act and section 3 of the Livestock Insurance Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Gerald Wicks to the Newfoundland and Labrador Crop Insurance Agency and the Livestock Owners Compensation Board effective immediately, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council.
