Under the authority of section 5 of the Provincial Court Act, 1991, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. D. Mark Pike, Q.C. as a Judge of the Provincial Court of Newfoundland and Labrador to serve in the Judicial Centre of St. John’s, effective November 17, 2008.
