Under the authority of section 7.1 of the Provincial Court Act, 1991, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, after consultation with the Chief Judge, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. D. Mark Pike as the Associate Chief Judge of the Provincial Court of Newfoundland and Labrador, effective November 17, 2008.
