Under the authority of section 4 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to move that His Honour the Lieutenant Governor, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province, appoint the Honourable Dianne C. Whalen as the Minister of Municipal Affairs, Minister Responsible for Emergency Preparedness and Registrar General, with effect from October 31, 2008.
