Under the authority of section 4 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to move that His Honour the Lieutenant Governor, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province, appoint the Honourable Dave Denine as the Minister for Intergovernmental Affairs and Minister Responsible for the Volunteer and Non-Profit Sector, with effect from October 31, 2008.
