Under the authority of section 37 of the Mineral Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to temporarily appoint Mr. Samir El-Gohary to the Mineral Rights Adjudication Board for a six month period, effective November 2008, to hear the grievance filed by Vinland Resources Limited.
