Under the authority of sections 3, 6 and 12 of the Municipalities Act, 1999, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to make the Order entitled, “Town of Roddickton-Bide Arm Order,” a copy of which is on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
