Under the authority of sections 10 and 11 of the Executive Council Act and section 7 of the Intergovernmental Affairs Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Ministers of Municipal Affairs and Intergovernmental Affairs to sign the "First Amending Agreement: Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador-St. John's Agreement: St. John's Harbour Clean-up Project 2003-2004 / 2008-2009,"which extends the Ultimate Project Component approval date to October 31, 2008, and the Project Component completion date to March 31, 2010.
