Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 11 of the Executive Council Act, effective November 21, 2008, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby authorizes the Minister of Natural Resources to not renew the Lower Churchill Development Act Option Agreement between Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Newfoundland and Labrador and the Lower Churchill Development Corporation Limited.
