Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Tony Wakeham as the Assistant Deputy Minister – Regional Health Operations in the Department of Heath and Community Services, effective January 2, 2009, for a term of one year, in accordance with a contract to be filed with the Clerk of the Executive Council, including a 1% differential in salary to take into consideration the reporting relationships between Mr. John Rumboldt, Director of Institutional Services and Ms. Debbie Sue Martin, Director of Mental Health and Addictions and Mr. Wakeham, for the duration of those reporting relationships.
