Under the authority of section 37 of the Memorial University Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize Memorial University to incur total liabilities and expenditures plus any amounts payable under the loan agreements with the Newfoundland and Labrador Immigrant Investor Fund Limited and the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador, related to the construction of the core science building.
