Under the authority of subsection 357(2) of the Corporations Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to:
a) convey land located on the Trinity Bay Highway, Green’s Harbour, more particularly described in Annex A of the Minister’s Submission, to Frederick March and Gregory Crocker, for the amount of $12,943, in a form to be approved by the Department of Justice and Public Safety, and on conditions that the Attorney General may determine; and
b) revoke OC2017-187.
