Under the authority of section 12 of the Occupational Health and Safety Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Goldie Porter as Labour Representative to the Advisory Council on Occupational Health and Safety for a three-year term effective from a current date, on a personal basis.
