Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to second Mr. Tom Graham to the Lower Churchill Environmental Assessment Panel Secretariat, effective November 24, 2008, at his current salary, in accordance with a letter on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
