Under the authority of paragraph 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a licence to occupy Crown Land comprising an area of 20 square metres situated at Holyrood Pond, in the Electoral District of Placentia-St. Mary’s, to Mr. Leslie Martin for the purpose of a constructing a boathouse and wharf, subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such licences.
