Under the authority of section 40 of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a Crown grant comprising an area of 0.24 hectares situated at Sandringham, in the Electoral District of Terra Nova, to Mr. David Mercer and Mrs. Kellie O’Riellly-Mercer, subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such grants.

OC2008-119 is hereby rescinded.
