Under the authority of section 3 of the Works, Services and Transportation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to permanently close that section of abandoned Route 14 highway reservation located at Big Salmonier, near the Town of Lewins Cove, Newfoundland and Labrador, as contained within the boundaries of the legal survey delineating an area of 0.0824 hectare and being more particularly described in Annex “B” attached to the Minister’s submission on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, and to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Works to subsequently transfer title to the subject land to Ms. Linda Walters.
