Under the authority of section 55 of the Expropriation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Works to sell the remnant parcel of expropriated land measuring 0.3672 hectare, adjacent to Route 90 in St. Catherines as outlined and described in the survey plan and description attached in Annex “B” of the Minister’s Submission, to Mr. Edmund Williams for the nominal amount of $1.00 and also contingent upon his conveyance of a parcel of land measuring 0.7583 hectare at St.Catherines, as outlined and described in the survey plan and description attached in Annex “C” of the Minister’s Submission which is needed for road construction purposes, to the Minister of Transportation and Works for the nominal amount of $1.00.
