Under the authority of sections 22 and 30 of the Memorial University Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Noreen Greene-Fraize as a member of the Board of Regents of Memorial University of Newfoundland, effective December 10, 2008 until February 13, 2011.
