Under the authority of sections 5 and 7 of the Liquor Corporation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to continue the appointment of Stephen R. Winter as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Newfoundland and Labrador Liquor Corporation, effective from November 8, 2007 and to set the salary for Mr. Winter at $175,000 effective that date, with an 8% increase to apply effective July 1, 2008, and with future general salary increases applicable to executive to apply.
