Under sections 10 and 11 of the Executive Council Act and section 7 of the Intergovernmental Affairs Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources and the Minister for Intergovernmental Affairs to enter into a two-year Contribution Agreement with the Minister of Natural Resources of Canada under the National Forest Pest Strategy, substantially along the lines of the Agreement on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
