Under section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Forestry and Agrifoods Agency to pre-commit funds of $42,000 against its 2009/10 budget appropriations in order to meet the financial commitments for the National Forest Pest Project – Government of Newfoundland and Labrador Project.
