Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Tourism, Culture and Recreation to pre-commit funds in the amount of up to $1,600,000 against its 2009-2010 budgetary appropriations for the purposes of tourism advertising in the fiscal year 2009-2010.
