Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Office of the Chief Information Officer to pre-commit funds of $1,900,000 against its budgetary appropriations in each of for 2009-10 and 2010-11 to facilitate the extension of a contract for the provisioning of strategic enterprise software products.
