Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Finance to pre-commit funding in the amount of $200,000 against its 2013-14 budgetary appropriations to facilitate a contractual arrangement with Morneau Shepell.
