Under the authority of section 19 of the Statutes and Subordinate Legislation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Susan King as Chief Legislative Counsel, on an acting basis, effective October 2, 2017, at her current salary, and with benefits to include payment of annual practice fees in the Law Society of Newfoundland.
