Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Tourism, Culture and Recreation to pre-commit funding up to $600,000 against its 2009/10 budgetary appropriations to meet contractual obligations related to hosting the Juno Awards in April 2010.
