Under the authority of section 5 of the Provincial Court Act, 1991, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Donald G. Singleton as a Judge of the Provincial Court of Newfoundland and Labrador, effective February 9, 2009, to serve in the Judicial Centre of Grand Falls - Windsor.
