Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Robert Thompson as the Deputy Minister of the Department of Natural Resources, effective December 24, 2008, at his current salary on a personal basis, with general salary increases applicable to deputy ministers, as approved, to apply.
