Under the authority of sections 63 and 73 of the Environmental Protection Act, and upon the advice of the Minister of Environment and Conservation, and further to the direction in OC2008-360, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to:

                                      1) appoint Mr. Herbert M. Clarke as a co-chairperson to the Joint Review Panel for the Environmental Assessment of the Lower Churchill Hydroelectric Generation Project, with the other co-chairperson, Ms. Lesley Griffiths, being appointed by the Government of Canada; and

                                      2) appoint, jointly with the Government of Canada, the following members to the Joint Review Panel for the Environmental Assessment of the Lower Churchill Hydroelectric Generation Project:

                                      i) the Honourable James Igloliorte;

                                      ii) Dr. Keith Chaulk; and

                                      iii) Dr. Meinhard Doelle.
