Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Moira Hennessey as Assistant Deputy Minister (Special Projects) in the Department of Heath and Community Services, effective January 2, 2009, in accordance with a contract to be filed with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
