Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Candice Ennis-Williams as Assistant Deputy Minister (Post-Secondary Education), in the Department of Advanced Education, Skills and Labour, on an acting basis, effective October 16, 2017, with salary set at Step 16 on the 1500 Point Scale, with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
