Under the authority of section 13.1 of the Fatalities Investigations Act, the Lieutenant-Governor is pleased to appoint the following individuals to the Child Death Review Committee, effective immediately, for a three-year term:

a) Janine Evans, Chairperson;
b) Anna Katic Duffy, Vice-Chairperson;
c) Wilma MacInnis;
d) Dr. Stephen Lee;
e) Sgt. Sharon Warren;
f) Judy Kimberley Voisey; and
g) Michelle Chislett Lahey.
