Under the authority of subsection 3(2)(j) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the City of Corner Brook to issue a Request for Proposals, in accordance with the Public Tender Regulations, 1998, to select a vendor to provide a complete range of Enterprise Resource Planning - Municipal Management Software modules.
