Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Health and Community Services to pre-commit funds in the amount of $3,720,000 against its budgetary appropriation in 2018-19 to facilitate the contract extension with Bell Canada for the Newfoundland and Labrador Prescription Drug Program real-time claim adjudication system.
