Under the authority of section 39(3) of the Hydro Corporation Act, 2007, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to direct the Board of Directors of the Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro-Electric Corporation to ensure that the Corporation files a General Rate Application with the Board of Commissioners of Public Utilities by April 15, 2013. OC2013-048 is hereby rescinded.
