Under the authority of subsection 53(1) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Fisheries and Land Resources to extend the Agreement respecting Transfer of Administration and Control of Crown Lands to Her Majesty in Right of Canada (Department of National Defence), for a one-year term, for the purpose of a tactical air weapons range with safety template (buffer zone) in the Minipi Lake area of Labrador, subject to the existing terms and conditions.
