Under the authority of paragraph 3(2)(j) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to carry out a request for proposals to identify leased space, in St. John’s, for the Muskrat Falls Inquiry, for a two year period.
