Under the authority of section 2.1 of the Prepaid Funeral Services Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the Director of Financial Services Regulation as Registrar of Prepaid Funerals and the Manager of Licensing, Registration and Compliance as Deputy Registrar.
