Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mike Tizzard as the Assistant Deputy Minister (Corporate Services) with the Department of Health and Community Services, in an acting capacity, effective December 13, 2017, with salary at Step 11 on the 1372 Point Scale, with normal step progression and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply, and with a salary differential to apply of 1% above the salary of Mr. Tizzard’s highest paid subordinate until such time as, through normal step progressions, general salary increases, or otherwise, Mr. Tizzard’s salary is greater than the salary of his highest paid subordinate.
