Financial Administration Act
Pursuant to subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit $8,456,403 against its budgetary appropriations for fiscal year 2013-14 to award a contract to Labrador Marine Incorporated for the St. Barbe to Blanc Sablon ferry service.
