Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Judith Hearn as Assistant Deputy Minister (Business), in the Department of Tourism, Culture, Industry and Innovation, effective December 13, 2017, at her current salary and point scale on the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
