Under the authority of section 3 of the Works, Services and Transportation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to permanently close the section of abandoned highway, located in CBS, NL, contained within the boundaries of the plan delineating an area of 165 square metres, and more particularly described and shown on the plan in Annex B of the Minister's Submission and to transfer forever the administration and control of the parcel to 60697 Newfoundland and Labrador Ltd. for $2,475.
