Under the authority of subsection 5(1) of the Liquor Corporation Act and paragraph 9(2)(b) of the Independent Appointments Commission Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Craig Martin, Assistant Deputy Minister, Fiscal and Economic Policy Branch, Department of Finance to the Board of Directors of the Newfoundland and Labrador Liquor Corporation, effective immediately, on an interim basis until such time as the position can be filled in accordance with the Independent Appointments Commission Act.
