Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to restructure Executive Council, effective October 9, 2013, to create the Labrador and Aboriginal Affairs Office, consisting of all of those functions formerly within the Labrador Affairs Office and some of those functions formerly within the Intergovernmental and Aboriginal Affairs Secretariat, with 2 branches as follows:

a) Labrador Affairs, and
b) Aboriginal Affairs.
